Because each magnet is made to order, we can not offer returns. If you are unhappy with your magnet for any reason, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
